The February-April Term (2023) it was the third official legislature of the Dominion of Carolusburg since the creation of the Royal Carodian Parliament. Parliament remained with its 8 seats with the aim of being won by the main parties: Hats Party and Caps Party, respectively, center-right and center-left parties. The Leader of the Western Caps was D. Henrie Vasa, while the leader of the Western Hats had not been defined.

Western Caps selected the following candidates: Alucard, Cassio, Tsu, Theodor, Katherine, D. Henrie, Juno, Antonio and Regalius, for the respective provinces: Carolusburg, Minolia, Paziterra, Burvanica, Cape Edward, Belbata, Elster and New Preuze .

Western Hats selected the following candidates: Antonius, Mozart, Augustus, for the respective provinces: Cape Edward, Elster and Belbata.
