The Province of Minolia (popularly known as: Havstad) is located in the territories of the Dominion of Carolusburg on the Continent of Ostos. Like the other provinces of Carodia, Minolia became an electoral region under the Territorial and Electoral Reform Act, 2022. However, Minolia is a province of Auro-Carodian origin, having a large number of former Aurean citizens.
The History of Minolia is very old and also emerged from the Aurean Empire. In ancient times, Minolia was known as the "Province of Bastille”. The Bastille was an important province of the Aurean Empire where it was commanded by several famous people such as: Nylius II Vaughn, Thanatos Lathum, among others. However, during the Second Saro-Aurean War, the Bastille was one of the main stages of battles between Sarovians and Aureans. Where, it was in the Bastille that the final battle of the Second Saro-Aurean War was carried out, decreeing the victory of the Sarovian hegemony in Estos and Ostos.
From this, with the formal annexation of the Aurean Empire to the Dominion of Carolusburg, Bastille had its name changed to Minolia (or also referred to as Havstad). Currently, Minolia is home to His Excellency, the Governor-General of the Dominion, Theodor Kinwood.
