The City of Carolusburg is one of the most important regions of the Dominion of Carolusburg, as following passage of the Territorial and Electoral Reform Act, 2022, the City of Carolusburg became the Federal Capital of the Dominion. Furthermore, the City of Carolusburg is also an electoral region, so the Federal Capital of the Dominion was granted a seat in the Carodian House of Commons.
