Militia Barracks was built by former Prime Minister of the Dominion of Carolusburg, Doss Kinwood, 1st Viscount Dufort. The Militia Barracks is the venue for the ceremonial activities of the Royal Carodian Militia, as well as a place for enlisting new Militiamen. In addition, the Militia Barracks have a number of warehouses with Royal Carodian Militia weaponry and equipment that are used for the defense of the Dominion of Carolusburg.
