The 2nd Earl of Nira, Erich Septim (full name: Erich Septim-Clive) is an active member of the Imperial Sarovian Navy, serving as Lieutenant of the Imperial Marines Detachment. Furthermore, Erich Septim is the father of Chris Septim-Clive, Regalius Septim-Clive and Thomas Septim-Clive.
Biography
Early Life
Erich Septim upon reaching the required age, enlisted in the United Communist Aurea States (UCAS) in 2019. However, UCAS did not fulfill Erich's expectations which resulted in his early departure. However, Erich would begin his career in the military in earnest by joining the Imperial Sarovian Army during the reign of Her Imperial Majesty, the Empress Brianna I, more precisely in January 2020. During his initial period in the Imperial Sarovian Army, Erich Septim became stood out and was promoted quickly. Although Erich was rising to prominence and showing his worth, he opted to defect from the Imperial Sarovian Army in February 2020 to Octavia's Armed Forces. Erich's departure from the Imperial Sarovian Army has led many officers to question why this is so. Until, it was revealed that his father, Tullius, the former Emperor of Octavia, had returned to the Continent of Estos, with the aim of making Erich his heir apparent to the throne of the Octavian Empire. After some time, her father, Tullius, abdicated the throne of Octavia passing the Imperial Crown to Erich, who would become Erich I of Octavia.
Although Erich's reign looked promising, he had to face several problems, the main one being the Maveria Kaiserreich. This is due to the fact that Twister Crodax, their former Prime Minister, betrayed the Octavian Empire in order to help the Maverian Kaiserreich. After this betrayal, Erich was defeated and taken as a prisoner of war to the Maveiran Kaiserreich, where, in the future, he would be forced to enlist in the Maverian Kaiserreich. Even though Erich's relationship with the Maverian Kaiserreich had started in a bad way, Erich in his time as a member of Maveria received 3 medals due to the battles against the New Sarovian Empire, Imperia and against the Atiesh Empire. Quickly, Erich Septim started to stand out and get promoted quickly jumping several ranks. However, in August 2020, Erich Septim would defect from the Maverian Kaiserreich to enlist in Auro-Rome due to the request of his friend, Ajax Artois-Avidius..
During his time in Auro-Rome, Erich became a promising officer, being promoted to the rank of Lieutenant. Unfortunately, due to the poor leadership skills of the leaders of Auro-Rome, the campaign had failed. After the failure, Erich decided to rest at his home in Destiny because he sought peace, this lasted until December 2020, where, after that, he once again began a campaign with the Octavian Empire. But this time, with Hunter Septim as the Octavian Emperor (this is due to the fact that Erich Septim-Clive had abdicated his titles in a statement he was forced to sign by Hunter). Thus, Erich would become Archduke of Octavia.
For the population of Octavia, the Empire was in a golden phase and a great development. But, that wouldn't last long as the Octavians refused to have Hunter as their Emperor forcing Octavia's demise. Shortly thereafter, the populace united under Erich Septim-Clive in the Great Winter Green Revolution, where they overthrew Hunter. Thus, Erich Septim would become the new Emperor of Octavia, crowned as Erich II of Octavia.
Over time, Octavia was gone and Erich Septim tried to establish a nation known as "Hohenzollern" with the aim of taking revenge on the Maverian Kaiserreich, but ended up failing miserably. Over time, the Seventh Aurean Empire was established on the Continent of Estos, where Erich Septim enlisted in the HEWS Mevarus (at the time under the command of the former Aurean Lord, Hizack Saint-Spadar), where he would become Captain.
It is also worth noting that Erich in his Early Life passed through the New Sarovian Empire, more specifically in his Imperial Navy, along with his second son (Regalius). Thus, Erich would become Commodore, while his son would become Rear-Admiral. However, this would not last long as Erich would defect once again. Again, Erich sought refuge in the Aurean Empire and the former Aurean Lord, Laken Vaughn-Henri bestowed the Cross of Arcus on Erich's spying for the New Sarovian Empire and delivering information to the Aurean House of Lords.
After some time, Erich would return with the Octavian Empire, but this time on the Continent of Ostos with a mission to colonize South Ostos (a partially successful mission). However, during the Second Saro-Aurean War, Erich was tainted by switching sides several times, where he received offers from Kevlar and New Sarovia. But, Erich chose to help the New Sarovian Empire in the war against Aurea, where he killed several Aureans.
Sarovia
Erich Septim after the Second Saro-Aurean War had proved his loyalty to His Imperial Majesty, Constantine IX, who welcomed him into the New Sarovian Empire with open arms. Erich in Ostos, would enlist in the Royal Carodian Militia along with his son Regalius. Also, in Estos, in the Imperial Army, Erich would graduate from Kiev Staff College in 2022, becoming Second Lieutenant.
Currently, Erich Septim is the 2nd Earl of Nira in Dominion of Carolusburg and the New Sarovian Empire, and serves as an Officer in the Imperial Navy, more specifically in the Imperial Marines Detachment.
