King of the Sarovians (title)

From NSE Wiki
The Great Seal of the New Sarovian Empire labels the sovereign as Rex Sarovianorum.

King of the Sarovians (Latin: Rex Sarovianorum) is one of the main titles of the monarch of the New Sarovian Empire, used as far back as Constantine V Zor-Mako. The title suggests that the holder is the monarch not just of the territory of New Sarovia (provinces, colonies, dominions and more) but of the people and citizens of it as well. The title also refers to any Sarovian monarch who had not yet deemed it appropriate to wear the imperial regalia and title of Emperor, such as Carolus XII or Constantine V, who sought to reclaim the homeland first before indulging in the pomp and circumstance of the imperial throne.
