Sir Charles Itteus, also known simply as Sir Itteus Kaine, was the thirteenth Prime Minister of the New Sarovian Empire and Her Colonies and Dominions during his time as leader of the Hats Party (in High Sarovian: Parti eui Chapis). Furthermore, Sir Charles Itteus was once Field Marshal of the Imperial Sarovian Army. Sir Itteus is currently a member of the Privy Council of New Sarovia and General of the II Corps in the Imperial Sarovian Army. It is also worth noting that Sir Charles Itteus is the son of Sir Henry Vasa and the brother of Lelia Rose.
