Upper Preuze
The Province of Upper Preuze is a rural and desolate province in the north of the New Sarovian Empire. Home to the Duke of Upper Preuze, a military outpost at Fort Carolus, as well as a dormant volcano on the isle of Civis Magnus, it also holds the mental hospital in which former Emperor Martius and Jacobite leader Jacob are housed.

In the reign of Constantine IX Vasa, the city was given an official flag and raised from the status of a simple duchy and became an official province.
