The Remerra Property Damage Act recognizes that any property, including the breaking of blocks or placement of destructive items such as fire, lava, or end crystals, owned by a Sarovian citizen without that particular citizen’s consent or the consent of the Colonial Secretary is to be considered an unlawful breach of the peace and, should a case regarding property damage be brought before the Court system, tried as a Breach of the Peace. If evidence is found, charges are to be pressed, the case shall enter the Court system as with any other.
