The Mathiveas Code of Law is the fundamental criminal law of the New Sarovian Empire and its Colonies, sometimes extending over its Dominions as well. It was first created by Carolus XII Vasa and Constantine VI & I Vasa in honour of Mathiveas Vasa-Kaine, Archduke of Poltava, in 2017, but was repealed under the reign of Brianna I Vasa-Nassau.

The law provides a necessity to protect and preserve the Guarantee of Rights and Fundamental Freedoms Act. Likewise, the Mathiveas Code of Law is the criminal laws of the New Sarovian Empire and punishes the folowing crimes: sex crimes, doxxing, murder, treason, perjury, theft and disturbing the peace.

Notice that the real estate in the civil law section of the Mathiveas Code of Law is broken into four subsections: registration of property, inheritance of property, sale of property and property taxes. There's also corporate and contract laws, the citizenship laws, and the Emperor’s Directives, Orders and Regulations for the military, which all possess rules, regulations and punishments if broken.
