Sir Koji Campbell, also known simply as Koji, was the seventeenth Prime Minister of the New Sarovian Empire during his tenure as Leader of the Hats Party. Additionally, Koji was once a member of the General Staff as a Brigadier-General. Koji was a member of the Privy Council and Colonel of the Modena Rifles Regiment before passing away.
