The Carodian Football Federation (CFF) is the governing body for football in the Dominion of Carolusburg. Founded on January 23, 2023 by the current Prime Minister of the New Sarovian Empire, Tsu Kinwood. The CFF is responsible for organizing national championships. It also manages the two-time world champion Carodian National Team. The current President of the Federation is His Excellency the Governor General, Theodor Kinwood.
