The Boreas Act Declares the formal foundation of the Remerra Saroviano, otherwise simply known as the Remerra in the Boreas Continent. This translates to the "Sarovian Possession". It shall be a direct Crown Colony, with direct rule from Sarholm under the provisions decreed by the Colonial Secretary.The Remerra shall posses an appointed and domestic legislative council and shall be garrisoned and guarded by a Militia under the Imperial Sarovian Navy. Laws and policies will be dictated from Sarholm and the Minister of Colonial and Commonwealth Affairs.
