The New Sarovian Empire's Basic Training Bonus Act of 2022 aims to encourage members of the Imperial Army to become Basic Training instructors by offering a monthly bonus of 150 Saros. Requirements include hosting at least 3 Basic Training sessions per week and signing a contract with all parties involved. Failure to meet the requirements may result in sanctions and even removal from the instructor position.
