Theodor as Minister of Culture was responsible for organizing the first edition of the Commonwealth Olympic Games, this being considered his biggest and most successful project (although the others also achieved high visibility in general). The first edition of the Commonwealth Olympic Games had as its main sports: Horse Racing, Spar and Football. The games were held on two continents (Estos and Ostos), where Spar was held in Estos, Horse Racing in Ostos, and Football games were held in 2 stages (one in Estos and the other in Ostos).
