The Kiev Staff College exists for the purpose of securing commissioning for Officers of the Imperial Army. During the graduation of Officers at KSC, they acquire knowledge about the Empire as a whole, in addition to military studies. The Kiev Staff College (KSC) is where Imperial Army officers go to become commissioned officers. The College offers qualified men and women the ability to earn their degree in Strategic Studies and earn their commission parchment to prove they are officers.
