The Province of Kiev is a small island province in the southwest of the New Sarovian Empire. Before Sarovian conquest in 2016, it was known as Delta and Belle Islands by the locals. In the reign of Brianna I Fort Nassau was built in the east of the province as a massive military outpost. In ancient times, it claimed vast chunks of unpopulated territory south of the River Nafets.
In the reign of Constantine IX Vasa, the city was given an official flag and raised from the status of a simple principality which the heir of the Empire resided and became an official province.
