Charles Vasa (birth: Charles John Frederick Zor-Mako-Vasa) is the second in line to the [[King of the Sarovians (title)|Sarovian throne]] and the only child of [[John, Prince of Kiev]] and Margaret, Princess of Kiev. Born in early 306 AS in secrecy due to the ongoing [[War of Oldenburg Aggression (2023)]], the announcement was published in early 307 AS by the Chief Herald of the New Sarovian Empire. According to longstanding Sarovian traditions and customs, Charles was named after three relatives - Charles after [[Constantine IX Vasa]], John after his father, and Frederick after [[Constantine VI & I Vasa]].
