The Kiev Staff College exists for the purpose of securing commissioning for Officers of the Imperial Army. During the graduation of Officers at KSC, they acquire knowledge about the Empire as a whole, in addition to military studies. In addition, KSC provides officers with various types of degrees, such as: Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree and the Doctorate. Each degree has its respective requirements. These being: Number of Trainings, Kills, Recruited members, in addition to passing the etiquette exams and the Final Exam of their respective graduation. Over 100 Gentlemen and Lady Officers have commissioned from the Kiev Staff College.
KSC is divided into two companies: the Caen Company for Lusophone Officers, and the Poltava Company for Anglophone Officers.
